Real kalmegh. But too much bitter taste as it is powder. Dont try direct consume ,mix with other substance like tea or something else what effer you preffer.Good quality

I have tried number of other powdered and whole herb options of Kalmegh (Kariyaatu) but found this one with most better quality as it does not feel chalky or with sand particles which mostly are present in other brands.
